When a disaster strikes, we can feel how diminutive and forlorn we are to the mighty wraith of nature.

A pair of roses in the name of all the lost souls of Nepal and everyone who suffered bereavement in the form of loved ones or property.
May you find peace back in life in the coming days.

The tremors could even be felt wildly in the northern part of India….and shortly after, it started raining with cold winds wrecking the windows and trees.

The loud pattering of rain drops, chilly winds caressing my face, witnessing the dark phantom clouds….. I felt so infinitesimal in this very big world.

Lives being lost in my neighboring country by the miff of nature while in another part of the world I’m beholding it in its most ethereal contour. Baffling!!

My Friends

School life is one of the most beautiful life.
In school we a lot of activities,lots of games and much more things in school.
My friends very sad after the school is off forever because we pass matric.
I miss my School.
I miss my Friends.
I miss all the activities in my school……………………………..

Bake #17 … Ciabatta

Delicious crusty ciabatta dipped into olive oil and balsamic, what could be better?….put a glass of prosecco in my hand and I would be in heaven.

The sun was shining this weekend and my boyfriend and I purchased a new outdoor dining set to enjoy the barbecue season with…. A celebratory batch of ciabatta to nibble whilst we arranged the garden was a winning idea.

This recipe came from Paul Hollywood’s ‘100 Great Breads’ I remember last years bake off contestants really struggled with it as a technical challenge….so I feared the worst as I measured out the ingredients. I followed the recipe and used my mixer with dough hook for the bread, it didn’t look like it was going to combine and that I would be left with sloppy goo, but 8 minutes later the dough was sticky and stretchy.

the no no no chocolate cupcake

double gym & tonic

1/4 C good cocoa powder

1/4 C coconut flour

1 1/4 tbsp baking powder

1 1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/4 C maple syrup, the real canadian kind

1/4 coconut oil, melted

4 eggs

1 tsp vanilla

whisk all the dry ingredients together. then add the wet, leaving the melted coconut oil till last. make sure you add the oil in slowly, whisking constantly or you’ll have chocolate scrambled eggs.

pour into a lined muffin tin. makes about 8.

bake in a 160 degree oven for about 18 minutes or until the top gets all cracked and the knife comes out clean.

Back to business ! Been blogging in my head for bout 6 weeks now and loving every minute. I have lots of different articles written… Just need to find the time to proof read, make them look appealing and publish ! The floor beside the bed is turning into a “research zone” ! In fact too bad for me to snap a pic !
